Use of Doxy.me Telehealth Platform

Doxy Me is a Free, Private and Secure VideoConferencing Platform 

A. On a PC or Mac computer with camera and microphone access:

1.    1. Open https://doxy.me/drspayd in the Chrome or Firefox browser

2.      2. At the Welcome Screen, enter your name and click on Check In

3.     3. Allow the program to access your microphone and camera when asked

     4. Wait for Dr. Spayd to activate the videoconference link to see and   hear to start the session*  

B. On a smartphone or tablet:

Note: The doxy.me app is no longer available for download. However, if previously downloaded on your device, you can still use it. After you open the app, proceed to 1., below

or

New smart phone or tablet users: Using Safari (for iPhone or iPad) or Chrome (for Android devices)

    1. Go to the website https://doxy.me/drspayd

    2At the Welcome Screen, enter your name and click on Check In

2.           3. Allow your browser to use your microphone and camera

3.    4. . Wait for Dr. Spayd to activate the videoconference link to see and   hear to start the session*

*It is unlikely, but if there are any technology glitches at the start of or during the doxy.me session, Dr. Spayd will promptly call the patient’s designated primary telephone number, possibly using a Caller ID Blocked phone number, to resolve the problem. Please inform Dr. Spayd if you wish her to call an alternate phone number.
